As always there are three ...

As always there are at least three things about everything , ( Catechism ) and I have identified these things :
The tobacco and paper ( hemp ) ; material stimulation , addition to the corpus terra / clay body .
The deep breathing ; taking in air for the feeling of breathing , moving the chest and thoracic area .
The thoughts that come when you take the time to meditate and stop ; in the gap between distractions of daily living .

Any two of these things together , ( Church theology ) will give you a high .

" Beware that three degrees above others will easily give third degree burns ... "
It is harder than you think . ( Word to the wise ) .

Cooling smoke and the lesson from the Javanese Fire Walkers

I have come to the Faith .
With God , any one of the Faith of God can achieve great things .

That smoking does not harm any one and that smoking is good for you ' and y'al .

Corn cob pipe

A cheap corn cob pipe is useful to minimise heat . I put a menthol burst filter in the shaft and that helps clear the nasal passages .
I can get a mild high from this method .

Brushing your teeth can remove tobacco stains

The back of your incisors and canines may become stained by smoking tobacco . Try using a stiff bristled brush to remove these . However do not brush too hard or too much as this could damage your teeth . Use vegetable oil and peppermint oil and baking soda as a mixture to help .

Spacer pipe can cool smoke

This water pipe in figure 1 can cool down smoke to my satisfaction . It cools smoke even with out water . One minor problem is that it gets clogged easily . Wash out with water or alcohol solvents .

A metal pipe

This metal pipe , in figure 1 , can be rigged to take a cigarette in the receptacle and a filter inside the mouth - piece end . This rig can cool down the smoke enough , to my satisfaction . However getting high depends on using a stronger tobacco .

Figure 1 : a cheapo metal pipe about five centimetres . Note the receptacle can sometimes not be suitable to hold a cigarette . Chose a conical design for the cone .

Cooling down smoke : Using a water pipe

Perhaps a pipe or water pipe might be good at cooling down the hot smoke .
