Addend to Introduction to smoking , the first article on this blog : Getting high from tobacco

I have noticed that getting high is not a function of how much or how often I smoke .


Getting High 

a theory about smoking and right behaviour


lemma : I have noticed that different brands of tobacco and tailored smokes do not correlate on the instances of me getting high . I get a good high from cheap low nicotine smokes as well as pricey high end smokes . Some times I do not get high from either . It does not matter whether I smoke more ( to the butt end ) or just half of the cigarette .

Theory : I believe , me getting high is a quality of keeping to right thought , word and behaviour . eg. When I just now smoked to the middle and stopped , ( half ) of a long rollie made from re - couped cheap chop - chop tobacco , I got a good feeling in my head down to my neck .
I believe getting high is a feeling of goodness facilitated by the smoking when one is feeling good ( about your self ) . In Native American pathos this may be the good feeling of meeting friend .

My rail against short rollies

The small rolling papers when made in to a rollie are not safe . There is not enough length to cool the smoke significantly . I recommend the long rolling papers . And with the long rolling papers it is better to use a rolling machine .
Taylors are better but I only smoke to half the length .

I have started buying cigarettes again

I smoke now and again . But I only smoke to half .

Extra safety with the heat from cigarettes

To be extra safe with your breathing when smoking cigarettes ; smoke to half the length of the cigarette then stop . The smoke gets to a high temperature when the flame comes close to the butt .

Not all the problems associated with smoking have been solved

Some of the problems still associated with smoking are emphysema , tar in the lungs and second - hand smoke .
Emphysema occurs when hot smoke burns the lungs . Try not to smoke all the way to the butt . As a rule ; I try to leave two centimeters at the butt end .
Emphysema may also occur when tar clogs up the air sacs : Too much / frequent  or " heavy " smoking causes this problem .
One solution to heavy smoking is to occupy your - self with activities / work / house work and trips between smokes . Try not to smoke while walking or standing . When smoking ☩ relax , sit down and concentrate on getting " high " . Remember ; an interesting Life is one with variety .
Second - hand smoke is when youngsters breathe in a smokers effluvia . One way to deal with it is to have smoking areas and to smoke out side when youngsters are in the room .

Smoking : The healthy way to stay healthy

For my Friends ; I have returned to smoking . I get the cheapo under-the-counter tailor smokes and break them open and make rollies with a cheapo normal sized paper , menthol filter and rolling machine . It usually gives a good high .

Smoking controls parasitic worms , especially in the head region because the blood carries primarily to the head . So the highest concentration of the nicotine is in the brain then to the rest of the body . Which is what you want to avoid dementia and other dis-abilities of aging .
If you take the second best route of administration then you have higher concentrations in the gut and there for the worms move away from the gut to the other more vital portions of the body .

I had a bad reaction to a pack of found-on-the-ground tailors and thought there could be the possibility of lung tumour in my left lung . So I used my mental powers to cure it . I am now free from worry , disease and lung illness .

So smoke em' in good times and in bad . They help .
