Corn cob pipe

A cheap corn cob pipe is useful to minimise heat . I put a menthol burst filter in the shaft and that helps clear the nasal passages .
I can get a mild high from this method .

Brushing your teeth can remove tobacco stains

The back of your incisors and canines may become stained by smoking tobacco . Try using a stiff bristled brush to remove these . However do not brush too hard or too much as this could damage your teeth . Use vegetable oil and peppermint oil and baking soda as a mixture to help .

Spacer pipe can cool smoke

This water pipe in figure 1 can cool down smoke to my satisfaction . It cools smoke even with out water . One minor problem is that it gets clogged easily . Wash out with water or alcohol solvents .

A metal pipe

This metal pipe , in figure 1 , can be rigged to take a cigarette in the receptacle and a filter inside the mouth - piece end . This rig can cool down the smoke enough , to my satisfaction . However getting high depends on using a stronger tobacco .

Cooling down smoke : Using a water pipe

Perhaps a pipe or water pipe might be good at cooling down the hot smoke .

I am using flouridated toothpaste , again .

There are benefits to flouride beyond cleaning of teeth . Chlorine is also good . All in small amounts . Measured and measured .

If your teeth need to recover from a fissure or lession then try to avoid flouride .

Report on the triple filter trick

The triple filter trick does not work . The heat is still too intense . Although tar is reduced , which is good .
I have tried four filters , not enough nicotine gets through .

Slim filters and slim cigarettes seems to reduce the amount of flame and heat .
I am trying flavoured filters at the moment .
